Gustavo Villaescusa is a second-year Master’s student in Computer and Embedded Systems Engineering and holds a Major in Electrical Engineering. He is currently working on his Master’s Thesis designing the electronics of the hydrogen sensors the group is researching. His work will result in a hydrogen sensor prototype, a necessary step that aims to demonstrate the viability and performance of the researched materials outside the labs. For that matter, he is designing and testing the electronics that will generate and measure the optical stimulus that is used to measure hydrogen. His interest in climate change and sustainability and his desire to contribute to the Green Transition is what made him decide to join our research group.
